We work with companies that run phones and tablets in the field and would rather not handle reflashing and warranty returns in-house.
We reflash each device to the firmware version you specify and check that it boots and works before it goes back in the box. We keep a setup for each model, so every unit in a batch ends up the same.
Every device is logged by IMEI or serial number the day it arrives. We photograph any damage and let you know right away if the count doesn't match your packing slip.
If a device fails, we file the RMA with the manufacturer or distributor, ship it out, and follow up until it's resolved. When a replacement comes back, we match it to the original unit so your records stay accurate.
We ship finished devices back to one location or split them across your sites. Each box includes a packing list showing every device inside.
